SuperFood Q

The food we eat in our modern, fast-paced world has become too processed and contains many unhealthy ingredients that make us feel low on energy and gain weight. In order to feel good and healthy, we need to be eating as close to nature as possible.
Why microgreens?
Despite their small size, microgreens are very nutritious and contain about 40% more nutrients than mature vegetable? Microgreen nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, copper, antioxidants and several vitamins such as A, C, B, E.
In the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains, we grow our microgreens in an indoor greenhouse without any spray making them 100% organic.
How to eat microgreens?
You can add our mix salad microgreens to any salad or sandwich same with the sunflower microgreens, my daughter often snack on them they are so tasty! Our pea microgreens can be add to salads and even soups.
